Service Description. This Site describes House Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Airbnb Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, Office Cleaning provided by Rachid Multi Services LLC. Commercial & Residential Cleaning. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Rachid Multi Services LLC. Commercial & Residential Cleaning or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Termination. Rachid Multi Services LLC. Commercial & Residential Cleaning may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Rachid Multi Services LLC. Commercial & Residential Cleaning does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Rachid Multi Services LLC. Commercial & Residential Cleaning arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Rachid Multi Services LLC. Commercial & Residential Cleaning from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of PA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in PA.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
